Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of global clinical pharmaceutical industry experience, including 8 years in clinical project management.
• Proven ability to lead and line manage staff in a global environment.
• Experience negotiating with clients and managing sponsor relationships.
• Fluent in English with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental project financial performance and progress against budgets.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships and sponsor communications.
• Lead strategy and execution for new business proposals and acquisitions.
• Identify resources and manage utilization for projects and staff.
• Provide capability presentations and participate in bid opportunities.
