Job summary

Sirva is seeking a Move Coordinator in Australia with hybrid work options. You will coordinate international and domestic relocations, ensuring end-to-end service with a focus on accuracy and proactive communication.

The role requires attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities to meet client needs. You will liaise with clients, relocation partners and third-party suppliers, managing documentation and status updates while maintaining files for each move.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating import/export activities within a global business environment.
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of client service.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diplomacy.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and teams.
• Self-starter with initiative and drive.
• Experience in customer-focused or administrative roles supporting government clientele is a plus.
• Knowledge of relocation/moving services is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Arrange packing, shipping, storage for relocations and liaise with clients, movers and third-party suppliers.
• Coordinate travel, transport and accommodation for relocations.
• Administer initiation and activation documentation from clients and maintain relocation files.
• Provide ongoing communication to relocates about move status and progress.
• Following up with move services branches and suppliers for information or quotes.
• Identify customer needs and take timely actions to address them.
• Make proactive contact with relocates within KPI targets throughout the relocation.
