Lam Research seeks a strategic leader to own and optimize its Remote Factory & Gas Box supply chain. You’ll guide a global team, drive predictive risk management, and scale operations across international sites, ensuring on-time launches and uninterrupted customer deliveries.

The role requires deep expertise in manufacturing operations, cross-functional program leadership, and proven experience with transformation initiatives, analytics, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, factory support, planning, procurement, or related functions.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing global teams.
• Experience supporting complex manufacturing operations and global supply networks.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs and driving organizational change.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a global organization supporting Remote Factory Major Module and Gas Box operations.
• Build a high-performing team culture focused on ownership, urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop organizational capability, succession planning, and talent strategies.
• Create a globally aligned operating model with standardized processes and metrics.
• Own global Remote Factory launch readiness and ship readiness governance.
• Drive proactive identification and mitigation of material risks impacting factory output and customer shipments.
• Establish robust Hold-the-Line (HTL) processes and executive escalation mechanisms.
• Ensure timely escalation, resolution, and closure of launch and shipment misalignments.
• Lead cross-functional recovery efforts for supplier constraints, quality issues, capacity shortages, and unexpected disruptions.
• Drive risk identification, scenario planning, business continuity planning, and mitigation strategies for critical commodities and suppliers.
• Develop comprehensive risk dashboards and executive reporting mechanisms.
• Serve as executive sponsor for Major Module and Gas Box shipment readiness.
• Establish operational governance with Supplier Business Managers, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing, and Product Groups.
