Job summary

Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Program Manager to lead the rhythm of business for Prime Air's Regulatory and International teams. You will own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews and ensure leadership receives timely, accurate inputs to guide decisions.

You will coordinate cross-functional schedules, manage risks, and build scalable processes for international expansion while partnering with regulatory to track milestones and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end business review cadence for the organization, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, ensuring all document inputs are accurate, timely, and high-quality
• Manage cross-functional schedules, milestones, and dependencies across regulatory and international workstreams, proactively identifying risks and driving resolution
• Coordinate and prepare leadership-level documents including narratives, status updates, planning inputs, and executive briefings
• Continuously evaluate existing operational mechanisms for effectiveness — streamline reporting, eliminate duplication, and raise the bar on operational rigor
• Support international expansion efforts by managing operational workstreams, tracking launch milestones, and building scalable processes for new geographies
• Partner with regulatory teams to coordinate milestone tracking, compliance reporting, and briefing preparation
• Build and maintain centralized knowledge repositories and reporting frameworks that scale with the organization
