Job summary

Amazon Prime Air is building a drone delivery program to reach customers quickly and safely. This role leads the Director-level Regulatory and International organization cadence, coordinating cross-functional teams, reviews, and leadership briefings to keep the operation running as Prime Air scales globally.

You will own the rhythm of business, manage schedules, and drive improvements with data, ensuring accurate inputs and timely decisions across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end business review cadence for the organization, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, ensuring all document inputs are accurate, timely, and high-quality.
• Manage cross-functional schedules, milestones, and dependencies across regulatory and international workstreams, proactively identifying risks and driving resolution.
• Coordinate and prepare leadership-level documents including narratives, status updates, planning inputs, and executive briefings.
• Continuously evaluate existing operational mechanisms for effectiveness — streamline reporting, eliminate duplication, and raise the bar on operational rigor.
• Support international expansion efforts by managing operational workstreams, tracking launch milestones, and building scalable processes for new geographies.
• Partner with regulatory teams to coordinate milestone tracking, compliance reporting, and briefing preparation.
• Build and maintain centralized knowledge repositories and reporting frameworks that scale with the organization.

We are seeking a Program Manager to serve as the operational lead supporting Prime Air's Regulatory and International organizations. In this role, you will own the rhythm of business for a Director-level organization driving the cadence of business reviews, managing cross-functional schedules, and ensuring leadership has the right information at the right time to make decisions. You might start by reviewing document inputs ahead of a leadership review, then shift to a schedule alignment session with cross-functional partners across regulatory and international teams. In the afternoon, you could be analyzing a mechanism for improvement opportunities or preparing a briefing for the Director. You will work across time zones and functions, serving as the connective tissue that keeps the organization running smoothly.
