Job summary

FLSmidth is seeking a Global Product Line Manager for Screens to lead the product line and drive profitable growth across regions. Location is flexible with a global scope, reporting to the Head of Screens & Centrifuge Lifecycle.

The role requires a strong background in engineering or science, proven service growth, and the ability to lead through influence while delivering on commercial and technical objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing service business and developing global product strategies.
• Strong commercial, financial and legal acumen.
• Experience leading global product lines and collaborating with regions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Screens Global Product Line to deliver targeted revenue and EBITA.
• Collaborate with R&D to support product roadmap and new products.
• Develop commercial strategy with Regions and Product Specialists for growth.
• Coordinate with engineering and execution teams for product alignment.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Establish and enforce global pricing strategies in line with pricing guidance.
• Maximize margin while achieving top-line targets and cost-efficient supply chain.
• Partner with Regions to plan strategies for profitable sales growth.
• Define global inventory levels, stocking locations, and sourcing strategies.
