Qualifikationen

• Experience in product data management, supply chain coordination, administration or a similar role.
• Qualifications in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Management or related discipline.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ERP systems, product databases or DAM platforms will be highly regarded.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update product data, specifications and vintage information across Vinarchy portfolio.
• Coordinate commercial and premium vintage roll activities to ensure timely implementation.
• Manage Dry Goods Approval (DGA) workflows and coordinate approvals with Quality, Technical and Procurement teams.
• Support product delivery activities and simple co-pack and supply projects using Amplify software.
• Partner with Planning, Compliance, Quality, Production and Supply Chain teams to ensure data accuracy and product integrity.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and data governance practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and accuracy across the business.
