Job summary

JLL is recruiting a Procurement Manager for Atlassian, based in Sydney, to drive strategic procurement across APAC, EMEA and AMER. You will manage vendor performance, contract governance and compliance while reporting to the Head of Sourcing.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with regional leadership responsibilities. You will lead cross-functional teams and engage with Atlassian and JLL leadership to ensure alignment with budgets, objectives and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 8+ years in strategic procurement, sourcing, contract management or vendor governance.
• Extensive global sourcing experience managing complex procurement projects.
• Advanced contract negotiation with proven favorable outcomes.
• Experience with Jaggaer, Aravo and Corrigo systems.
• Knowledge of compliance standards including insurance, licensing, background checks, modern slavery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual procurement strategy and category plans across regions.
• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, tendering and contract negotiations.
• Oversee vendor performance programs with scorecards and KPI tracking.
• Manage contract governance with centralized visibility and compliance oversight.
• Oversee annual vendor audits, insurance renewals, and modern slavery reporting.
• Implement process improvements and automation for procurement reporting.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with Atlassian reps and JLL leadership.
• Lead procurement teams across regions with consistent governance.
