Job summary

Amazon Corporate Services Pty Ltd is seeking a procurement leader to create and implement sourcing strategies across APAC regions. You will collaborate with internal partners and suppliers to drive cost reductions, performance metrics, and risk management while delivering value through competitive bidding, negotiations, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time procurement or sourcing experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in a matrixed organization is preferred.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and analyze category data to establish regional procurement strategies.
• Manage multiple indirect APAC categories (e.g., Marketing, Professional Services, HR, Security, FM).
• Oversee RFP/tender processes across countries from onboarding to supplier selection and negotiations.
• Provide market knowledge on suppliers, capabilities, and geography to the business.
• Develop metrics to track supplier performance on delivery, quality, and cost.
• Lead business reviews to share best practices and improve supplier performance.
