VGW is seeking a Privacy Specialist to support the Data Protection Manager in aligning VGW’s privacy program with global regulations. The role focuses on embedding privacy-by-design practices into day-to-day operations and leveraging industry standards such as the IAPP Body of Knowledge.

You will manage privacy activities, including data inventory, DPIAs, policy work, stakeholder advising, and privacy incident handling across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Data Protection, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Up to 5 years of privacy, data protection, information management, or security experience.

Responsabilités

• Manages day-to-day operations of the privacy function including data inventory, flow mapping, DPIAs, privacy requests, policy drafting, regulatory monitoring, metrics, and incident management.
• Draft, review and update privacy policies, notices, internal standards, procedures and workflows.
• Leads Privacy Impact Assessments for new processing activities, IT changes, projects, and data ingests.
• Provides internal privacy advice to stakeholders and coordinates privacy audits.
• Acts as Privacy Lead in VGW’s Vendor Risk Management program and drives process improvements.
• Collaborates with global stakeholders on privacy operations projects across technology, legal, security and procurement.
• Handles privacy inquiries, complaints and escalations from players, employees and regulators, and provides clear recommendations.
• Leads privacy investigations and breach-notification assessments under GDPR, US state laws and APPs; tracks remediation.
