Cullen Jewellery is seeking a Payroll Specialist to deliver accurate, compliant payroll across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States, with scope for future markets. You will manage payroll processes, statutory obligations, and international employment requirements to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

The role requires proven experience in end-to-end payroll, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of Fair Work awards.

Formación

• Proven experience coordinating end-to-end payroll in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency with payroll software and Excel/Sheets.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Work awards, agreements, and legislation.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage fortnightly payroll processing across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Canada, and the US.
• Process payroll calculations: back pays, allowances, overtime, termination payments.
• Handle PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax and other deductions.
• Maintain WorkCover and other insurance documentation and liaise with insurers.
• Conduct payroll audits and verify leave balances and entitlements.
• Complete month-end and year-end payroll-related financial processes.
• Collaborate with P&C and Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Respond to payroll queries professionally and discreetly.
• Stay updated on changes to payroll legislation and regulations.
