Cotality is seeking an experienced ANZ Payroll professional to deliver end-to-end payroll across Australia and New Zealand. You will balance technical payroll processing with a customer-focused approach, ensuring accurate entitlements and compliance while partnering with global teams.

In this role you will support monthly and fortnightly cycles, maintain HRIS integrity, and contribute to payroll system improvements, acting as the in-country expert within a global function.

Qualifikationen

• ANZ payroll & compliance: 8+ years end-to-end processing with Fair Work, Awards, STP, Super, AUNZ tax, and Inland Revenue.
• Complex calculations: pro-rata pay, bonuses, commissions, salary sacrifice, terminations, redundancies.
• Accuracy & detail: data verification and HRIS integrity.
• Communication & support: clear payroll guidance and ticket resolution within SLAs.
• Time management: strong organisational skills for deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Aufgaben

• Assist end-to-end processing of Australian and New Zealand monthly and fortnightly payrolls with high accuracy and compliance.
• Execute complex payroll transactions including bonuses, commissions, salary sacrifice, terminations, and redundancies.
• Calculate and manage employee entitlements and verify hours via Time & Attendance systems.
• Manage statutory setup and filings (Superannuation, WorkCover, Centrelink payments, STP, Inland Revenue).
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work, Award updates, and internal policies; maintain HRIS data integrity across systems.
• Support leadership with ad hoc payroll initiatives and cross-functional projects.
