Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for the Bricks and Network Deployment (BaND) team in Sydney. You will partner with business teams to define problems, forecast trends, and deliver analytics-driven recommendations across large-scale technology programs.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery oversight of multiple workstreams, with Jira/Confluence usage and a focus on transforming technology delivery. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Sydney.

Qualifications

2+ years of program or project management experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
Experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, charts, SUMIF, and VLookup.
1+ year of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Knowledge of Excel advanced features (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL.
1+ year developing program strategies, planning, execution, and stakeholder influence.
1+ year leading complex programs.

Responsibilities

Build relationships, identify stakeholders, and influence teams across organizations to define analytical approaches and recommendations.
Develop and present analyses to uncover opportunities and improve processes.
