Job summary

CAR Group is seeking a NetSuite Functional Analyst to join our corporate systems team in Australia. You will translate business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions, design modules for finance, operations and reporting, and coordinate cross-functional rollout with IT and external vendors.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, bridging business and technology, with emphasis on process improvement, governance, and end-user training.

Qualifications

• Experience as NetSuite Administrator, Functional Consultant, or Analyst.
• Knowledge of NetSuite ERP features: finance, accounting, reporting, and workflow configuration.
• Experience in global, multi-subsidiary NetSuite environments.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and SuiteScript basics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NetSuite implementations by partnering with internal stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Design and configure NetSuite modules to enhance business processes across finance, operations, and reporting.
• Support cross-functional projects by collaborating between business units, IT, and third-party vendors/development teams.
• Coordinate rollout of enhancements to production, coordinating across IT areas.
• Document processes and provide training to end-users and team members.
