Global Mobility Manager

Location: Davidson Adelaide, South Australia, Australia

Davidson & ASC are seeking a Global Mobility Manager to drive the strategic direction, design, and execution of mobility programs supporting national defence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior ASC leadership to shape mobility strategy aligned to future workforce demands.
• Lead end‑to‑end global mobility policy, compliance, vendor management, and program design.
• Build strong, trusted relationships that support leaders in high‑pressure, time‑critical environments.
• Deliver clear reporting, insights, and cost visibility to inform executive decision‑making.
• Establish an efficient, human, consistent, and scalable mobility experience during rapid organisational growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading global mobility programs in large, complex organisations.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and build credibility quickly.
• Deep understanding of multi‑jurisdictional compliance, tax frameworks, immigration processes, and cross‑border workforce movement.
• Experience designing or uplifting mobility frameworks to support organisational scale.
