Job summary

You will lead market access workstreams, assess funding routes and coding considerations, and collaborate with Commercial, Regional, Clinical and Market Development teams to influence launch readiness and market adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in market access roles within the medtech or pharmaceutical sector.
• At least 2 years' experience in a global market access environment.
• Strong understanding of payer systems, reimbursement pathways, coding requirements and funding models.
• Experience conducting market access assessments, payer research and reimbursement feasibility analyses.
• Proven ability to translate market access insights into practical commercial recommendations.
• Experience working effectively within complex global matrix organisations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with funding innovation, alternative funding mechanisms or value-based procurement models.
• Exposure to external stakeholder engagement, including payers, reimbursement bodies or HTA-related organisations.
