Job summary

Nufarm is seeking a Global Lead, Communications to join the Brand and Corporate Communications team at our Global Head Office in Laverton North. You will translate business priorities into clear, compelling communications that engage stakeholders and strengthen our reputation across internal and external audiences.

Reporting to the Group Lead, Brand and Corporate Communications, you will collaborate with leaders to execute global campaigns, manage executive messaging, and shape communications

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience implementing communications programs in large, global organisations.
• ASX-listed company experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Nufarm's global communications strategy across internal and external channels.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop clear, engaging communications for strategic initiatives.
• Develop internal communications linking employees to strategy, culture and priorities.
• Support executive and leadership communications, including CEO messaging and announcements.
• Manage external communications, including media releases and thought leadership content.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure a One Nufarm approach globally.

Based at our Global Head Office in Laverton North, we're looking for a Global Lead, Communications to join our Brand and Corporate Communications team. Reporting to the Group Lead, Brand and Corporate Communications, you'll help deliver Nufarm's global communications strategy across internal, external and leadership communications. Working closely with leaders across the business, you'll translate business priorities into clear, compelling communications that support engagement, build trust and strengthen our reputation.

How You'll Help Us Grow

• Lead the execution of Nufarm's global communications strategy, turning business priorities into effective communication programs and campaigns.
• Partner with leaders across the business to develop clear, engaging communications that support strategic initiatives and business performance.
• Develop internal communications that inform, engage and connect employees to Nufarm's strategy, culture and priorities.
• Support executive and leadership communications, including CEO messaging, leadership updates and key organisational announcements.
• Help manage Nufarm's external communications, including media releases, corporate announcements, thought leadership content and executive social media communications.
• Support reputation management and communications planning during periods of business change and key organisational events.
• Collaborate with regional communications colleagues to drive a consistent and connected One Nufarm approach globally.
• Develop and manage communication plans, content calendars and campaigns across multiple business priorities.
• Partner with external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality communications and content.
• Ensure communications align with Nufarm's brand, values and strategic objectives.

Could This Be You?

You're degree qualified in Communications, Marketing or a related field and bring proven experience implementing communications programs within large, complex global organisations. A strategic communicator and skilled storyteller, you excel at partnering with senior leaders to deliver impactful internal and external communications, including executive-level messaging. ASX-listed company experience is highly regarded, however we encourage applications from strong communications professionals ready for their next career step.

With exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, you can translate complex information into clear, compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences across global markets.
