Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, establish, and maintain a network of third-party service providers (e.g., electricians) to meet business needs and improve service resource efficiency.
• Ensure timely and effective closure of issue tickets, conduct follow-up visits, and assess customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the PM team to allocate commissioning and troubleshooting tasks.
• Responsible for the procurement and maintenance of relevant spare parts.
• Refine and enhance related processes and systems.
• Prepare and release team operation reports and related data analysis regularly.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Technical Service Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is preferred.
• A minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Holds a legal working visa in Australia.
• Work in the global largest inverter manufacturer and grow with the expanding local team.
