Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is a global technology solutions provider seeking a qualified professional to respond accurately to customer requirements within stated time frames, build strong relationships with internal teams, and leverage product knowledge to support quote and order management. This role requires proven experience in IT sales/support and a solid understanding of CISCO BOMs.

You will work closely with the ISR team, enhance knowledge of OEM products, and utilize WWT tools to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/related field.
Minimum 5+ years in sales/support in IT industry.
5+ years’ experience in global business.
Experience creating CISCO HW BOMs on CCW.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer requirements within stated time frames (quotes, orders, product info, tracking).
Build and maintain relation with ISR team.
Develop knowledge of strategic OEM products and services.
Use WWT tools and partner apps to configure and validate orders.
Understand direct and indirect sourcing for quotes and orders.
Leverage promotions and rebates where applicable.
Identify opportunities to upsell or attach services.
Produce detailed quote and order management reports for stakeholders.
