Based in Australia, you will identify new markets, build high-quality pipelines, engage with OEMs, systems integrators and distributors, and translate complex technology into compelling ROI propositions while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Senior BD or solution-sales professional (Director to Executive level)
• Experience in industrial automation, robotics or advanced manufacturing tech
• Proven success creating new business and growing markets with long sales cycles

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously develop a high-quality global pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Identify new customers, markets and applications across industrial environments.
• Proactively prospect, develop relationships and create opportunities beyond the existing pipeline.
• Lead opportunities through discovery, qualification, solution development and commercial progression.
• Translate complex technology into compelling commercial value for manufacturing clients.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering and regional sales to tailor solutions and ROI propositions.
• Engage senior technical, operational and commercial stakeholders in B2B environments.
• Provide market intelligence to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
