Job summary

Nu Quantum Ltd is seeking a Head of Programmes to assume senior ownership of the global portfolio, delivering complex technical programmes from R&D to customer engagements. You will report to the VP of Engineering and lead the PMO, coordinating with Business Development, Marketing and Product Management to convert opportunities into deliverable programmes.

You will oversee budget, scope, milestones and success criteria, working across engineering, research, talent and finance to ensure

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience with the SLT and C-suite.
• Experience delivering complex technical programmes in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Experience delivering programmes for external customers or partners.
• Proven ability to build or scale a programme management function.
• Experience running programmes across multiple sites, ideally internationally.
• Expert in managing programme risks and communications at senior/board level.

Responsibilities

• Own the global programme portfolio across technology development, product roadmap, customer and partner programmes.
• Set priorities across programmes and coordinate with Department Heads and the PMO.
• Report portfolio status, risks and dependencies to the Senior Leadership Team and the Board.
• Maintain budgetary oversight for programmes and ensure resources align.
• Lead delivery for customers and partners and scope new engagements.
• Scale delivery as the company grows, including international locations.
• Lead and develop the PMO and mentor Programme/Project Managers.
