Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management experience in a technology, engineering, scientific, or product development environment.
• Demonstrable ability to manage projects with high technical ambiguity and long lead times.
• Ideally, experience in deep-tech, quantum, robotics, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, or other R&D-intensive industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans for key technical and product development initiatives.
• Implement and iterate on project delivery practices, processes, tools, and reporting standards.
• Run sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs.
• Manage partner-facing deliverable timelines in coordination with leadership.
