Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a Head of HR for Digital Infra in Sydney to lead HR strategy, policy development, and workforce planning across the asset portfolio. The role drives recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance culture while managing compensation and benefits, payroll, and HR operations.

You will collaborate with global HR policies, support asset directors, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including Spain, US, and Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree in human resources or business will be a plus.
• At least 10 years of experience in Generalist HR Roles.
• Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Proven experience defining and implementing HR programs to support end to end people management process.
• Experience managing shared services environments and cost allocation frameworks.
• Knowledge of relevant Spanish, US, and European labor laws.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of human resources strategies aligned with the business strategy.
• Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding processes, ensuring a diverse and qualified workforce.
• Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement.
• Promote a performance culture and talent/succession planning processes.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to stay competitive.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations (payroll, taxes, Social Security) and employee relations.
