Fever is seeking a senior analytics leader to drive growth across markets. You will own growth strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and translate data into impactful decisions at scale.

You’ll collaborate with teams across 40 countries, influence business metrics, and report to the global growth direction. A background in engineering or maths, plus fluency in English, is required. Madrid-based hybrid role with Fever’s global reach.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics or business role.
• Experience leading teams or key projects.
• Engineering or maths/data analytics background.
• Data-driven with business decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Native/bilingual English; Mandarin strongly preferred.
• Experience with Chinese consumer marketing/growth.
• Interest in developing your career at Fever and working from Madrid.

Responsabilités

• Enhance overall company performance across different business units.
• Own decisions taken by the growth team in your business line.
• Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metrics.
• Implement end-to-end solutions and projects with high-impact.
• Work with people and projects across all different markets and teams, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries).
• Report directly to the global growth direction.
