Job summary

Sourcing Group SEO Lead to guide a high-performing capability across Melbourne and Sydney within a leading global media organisation. You will shape SEO strategy, drive client delivery and lead a team of Directors and Associate Directors.

As a senior leader, you’ll partner with the Head of SEO to evolve products, manage commercial performance and deliver sustainable growth across markets, while building strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SEO, organic search strategy and digital performance.
• Proven experience leading Directors or Associate Directors across multiple teams or locations.
• Strong commercial acumen including revenue forecasting and client growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Directors and Associate Directors across Melbourne and Sydney.
• Oversee SEO strategy, client delivery and performance across major client portfolios.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients, providing strategic guidance and acting as a key escalation point.
• Manage commercial performance, including revenue forecasting, profitability management, client scopes and renewals.
• Collaborate with agency teams, performance specialists and technology partners to integrate SEO into broader media strategies.
