Job summary

Hewitt is seeking a Group Financial Controller to own the integrity of financial reporting across a multi-regional business, reporting to the CFO. You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close, consolidate P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, and shape a scalable, best-practice financial control environment.

You will build strong controls, partner with finance, commercial, treasury and operations, and drive ERP optimisation, process improvements, and compliance across entities.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in IFRS/GAAP, consolidations, statutory reporting, and technical accounting.
• Experience managing global or complex multi-site finance operations and month-end processes.
• Background in controls, governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with ERP systems, finance transformation, process optimisation, and M&A integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across all entities and regions.
• Deliver accurate consolidated financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and statutory accounts.
• Own global accounting policies, technical accounting matters, taxation and compliance with relevant standards.
• Build and maintain a strong controls, governance, audit and risk management framework.
• Drive finance process improvement, ERP optimisation, automation, and scalable operating practices.
