Job summary

Corpay seeks a capable Global Communications & Content Specialist to write and edit marketing, product and customer content. You will work across channels including website, collateral, emails and social media, turning technical content into accessible copy while maintaining accuracy.

This role is hands-on, delivery-focused, and part of a global marketing team. You will collaborate with product, legal and compliance, and manage several briefs with tight deadlines in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on copywriting and editing experience in a B2B or regulated environment.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism or Communications or equivalent.
• Financial services experience and ability to understand products, markets and regulatory concepts.
• Clear writing style that explains complex topics to varied audiences.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail in research-based writing.
• Experience with structured/technical materials such as product docs or policy content.
• Ability to switch topics and audiences with minimal direction and maintain brand tone.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit content for blog articles, brochures, website copy, emails and sales materials.
• Create scripts for videos, podcasts, webinars and event invitations.
• Develop product information and launch materials with cross-functional teams.
• Support content on financial markets, legislation and regulatory topics with accuracy.
• Refine copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
