As the lead writing specialist, you’ll blend creative thinking, commercial writing and content strategy to strengthen our brand and support growth.

You’ll write for website, landing pages, EDMs and customer journeys, translating financial concepts into accessible language and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-impact

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in copywriting or content.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Experience creating high-performing content across digital channels, campaigns and customer journeys.
• High attention to detail
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Write compelling copy for website, landing pages, EDMs and customer journeys, marketing collateral and campaigns.
• Translate complex financial products and concepts into clear, engaging and accessible language.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to develop fit for purpose copy, refine briefs and deliver effective content solutions.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing and agency teams to bring brand storytelling and campaign ideas to life.
• Apply SEO, accessibility, content design and conversion principles to optimise digital copy.
• Maintain content governance frameworks, writing guidelines, templates and best-practice resources across the organisation.
• Use AI and content technologies responsibly to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work with subject matter experts, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure content is accurate, compliant and appropriately reviewed.
