Job summary

You will mentor cluster finance accountants to build a high-performance culture, ensuring accurate reporting and timely audits while maintaining strong internal controls. Fluent English required; additional European language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field required; professional qualification preferred.
• 7+ years in controllership, accounting or finance operations in multinationals.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, working capital).
• Support closing activities and validate variances in sales, costs, and inventory.
• Partner with shared services to improve reporting processes.
• Review and sign off balance sheet reconciliations; resolve aged items.
• Ensure timely completion of management audits at entity level.
• Review and finalize statutory accounts and income tax returns prepared by shared services.
• Lead external audits and oversee indirect tax submissions for compliance.
• Manage, mentor, and develop cluster finance accountants; promote accountability and high performance.
