Job summary

JBS Australia is seeking a Shipping Officer to join the Northern Ops Shipping & Docs team on a full-time basis. Based at Riverview (Ipswich) head office, you will coordinate export activities from production through order fulfilment, bookings and loadouts for designated markets, and maintain ERP export data.

You will work with Sales, Production, Documentation, and logistics partners to ensure compliant shipments, accurate records, and on-time fulfilment while upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating exports and shipments.
• Familiarity with ERP data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities
