Job summary

Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, seeks a hands‑on operator for the Office of the CEO. This apprenticeship blends analysis, execution, and writing to influence a 10‑figure P&L. You’ll work closely with Growth, Product, Legal, and Finance to translate strategy into action across multiple markets.

You’ll report to the Chief of Staff, shaping weekly business views, leading rhythm, and preparing high‑impact analyses. Expect intensity, global scope, and rapid learning.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a high‑pressure environment (consulting, investment banking or startup operator).
• Judgement under ambiguity; ability to research markets and decide go/no‑go points.
• Sharp writing and ability to present tight theses and executive‑level decks.
• Strong financial modelling skills (unit economics, CAC/LTV, payback).
• Experience using AI tools to automate information access and workflows.
• Project management across cross‑functional teams with tight deadlines.
• Founder’s mindset: ownership, resilience and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Produce the operating weekly view of the business for executives across markets.
• Help run the operating rhythm of the leadership team (WRs, meetings, all‑hands).
• Build analysis for major strategic calls (forecasts, pricing, market sizing).
• Write and shape the company narrative for internal and external audiences.
• Lead change programs in Global Growth, equity/payments models, and org systems.
