Job summary

Merlin Entertainments seeks an ECommerce Sales Director – International to lead direct-to-consumer performance across multiple markets. You will own revenue, margins and conversion, shaping growth across web, app, onsite and other direct channels.

You will collaborate with digital, marketing, operations and technology to drive a fast-paced, data-driven agenda and build a high-performing regional team for international growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior commercial leadership experience in consumer-facing, multi-market organisations.
• Proven revenue growth through direct sales channels.
• Experience leading senior managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong capability in digital sales optimisation, forecasting and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Own all direct-channel revenue, margins and conversion performance.
• Define and execute growth strategies across web, app, onsite, and CRM.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary regional team aligned behind a direct sales agenda.
• Partner with CRO, CRM, technology and product to improve revenue and customer experience.
• Provide governance for pricing, promotions and sales compliance.
