Job summary

Worley seeks a Senior Director to lead the Sales, Marketing, Legal and Digital Adoption Applications domain across regions. You will own the end-to-end technology portfolio, guide multi-year roadmaps, and manage a global team and budget to enable commercial growth and regulatory compliance.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with enterprise stakeholders and external partners, drive automation and AI-enabled improvements, and ensure alignment with Worley's digital strategy and security

Qualifications

• 20+ years' digital execution experience, including global projects.
• Experience influencing senior executives and enterprise investment decisions.
• Proven record in Demand Management and Release Cycles.
• Leading globally distributed teams across regions.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads a global organization (50–100+ personnel) across locations.
• Owns a global Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Digital Adoption apps portfolio.
• Accountable for significant budget (labor, licensing, vendors).
• Governs platform upgrades and modernization initiatives, including AI.
• Ensures alignment with security and enterprise architecture.
