Job summary

Macquarie Group seeks a learning and development professional to design, develop and deliver security culture programs that span the globe. You will translate technical cybersecurity concepts into accessible training and partner with stakeholders across the business to identify needs and deliver annual awareness training and new learning initiatives via digital and instructor-led channels.

You will work with a variety of audiences, applying instructional design best practices, storyboard

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, developing and delivering learning programs for diverse audiences in a corporate environment
• Experience with learning technologies and platforms, including tools such as Articulate 360.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate business requirements into effective learning solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to simplify complex or technical concepts and tailor content for different audiences
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Strong instructional design capability, including experience developing e-learning content, defining learning objectives and creating storyboards.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, security awareness or culture programs is advantageous but not essential.
