Job summary

Audatex Australia Pty. Ltd. is seeking a senior client services leader to manage key accounts, expand engagement, and drive service excellence across the client lifecycle.

You will own onboarding, retention and program improvements, and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to align client needs with our services. With extensive experience in customer service and multilingual capabilities preferred, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering and data teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Business (or equivalent).
• 10–15+ years in customer service or client account management.
• Proven ability to engage customers with varying technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and improve utilization of company products.
• Manage end-to-end customer service delivery from onboarding to account retention.
• Deliver presentations, proposals and product demonstrations to maximize alignment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering and data teams to resolve platform issues.
• Act as primary operational lead across Asia-Pacific hours for post-sale service.
• Provide reporting, training and support to ensure program proficiency.
• Proactively support multilingual client services as applicable.
• Serve as trusted advisor throughout sales process and life of the client relationship.
• Provide multilingual support where applicable and requested.
