Multiplex is seeking a qualified Construction Project Planner to create and implement key controls for Project and New Business teams, ensuring on‑time, in‑budget delivery. You’ll prepare reports for senior management and keep clients informed on progress and projections.

The role reports to the Planning Manager and emphasizes risk management, stakeholder communication, and planning innovation across live projects. Tertiary qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building/Engineering/Construction/Quantity Surveying.
• Experience as a Project Planner/Programmer in the industry.
• Understanding construction techniques and sequences is vital.
• Competence in planning software and stakeholder liaison.

Responsibilities

• Implement and report on live project programmes.
• Communicate programme performance to senior management.
• Capture and share planning knowledge and insights on BIM/4D.
• Develop tender programmes for New Business.
