Job summary

Built is seeking a Senior Planner to enhance planning and programming services across business units and ensure ongoing monitoring of performance against programmes. The role spans New Business and Construction delivery, developing tender and construction programmes and guiding Bid Leaders on submissions.

In delivery, you will develop and maintain the on-site project program, advise on time and resource matters, and report progress to keep the team aligned on status.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar role across Engineering or Construction, Project Management, Operations, Procurement & Bids.
• Experience on projects of similar scale is desirable.
• Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction, Engineering or Quantity Surveying

Responsibilities

• Develop tender and construction programmes, provide strategic advice to Bid Leaders in submissions.
• Develop and maintain the project program for site use and inform the wider team of requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders to report progress and ensure awareness of project status at all times.
