Job summary

Ausphin Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to lead our Parramatta Head Office and coordinate corporate functions for growth. You will partner with senior leadership to align strategy with daily operations and ensure efficient management of people, finances, and infrastructure.

You will work across Australia, the Philippines, and the UAE, driving compliance, financial planning, and stakeholder engagement while fostering a high-performance culture and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years in a senior corporate or management role.
• Proven leadership and organisational management skills.
• Strong understanding of Australian business compliance and HR frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with business systems and tools such as Xero, CRM, HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative, strategic planning, and operational support to senior management.
• Develop and optimise administrative, financial, physical, and staff resources to achieve objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive administrative, financial, and operational guidelines.
• Provide information and support for financial reports and budgets, ensuring accuracy.
• Analyse complex resource management issues and prepare reports and submissions.
• Lead, manage, and develop administrative staff for timely information delivery.
• Represent the organisation in negotiations and external forums, promoting programs and policies.
