Job summary

Practicepeople is seeking a Banking & Finance lawyer to join a leading international practice advising on complex financing transactions across diverse industries. You will develop technical expertise, client relationships and an international profile while handling project, acquisition and leveraged finance matters.

Qualifications

Experience in Banking & Finance within a major law firm or equivalent in-house environment.
Exposure to project finance, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, securitisation, debt finance or related transactions.
Collaborative lawyer with a drive to learn, mentor others and grow in a leading finance practice.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on a broad range of financing transactions including project, acquisition and leveraged finance, property finance and general corporate lending.
Work with experienced practitioners across multiple offices on complex financing structures, documentation and transaction execution.
Support clients across sectors such as government, healthcare, infrastructure, media and financial services.
