Job summary

Wolf & Williams is seeking a Banking & Finance Lawyer to join its Sydney team, working alongside leading practitioners on sophisticated financing transactions.

You will advise domestic and offshore lenders, funds and asset managers, gain exposure to venture debt, growth finance and restructuring matters, and contribute to client relationships in a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PAE experience practising in Banking & Finance law.
• Experience advising on lending, financing or restructuring transactions.
• Genuine interest in the alternative lending, private credit and funds markets.
• Strong technical drafting, negotiation and commercial skills.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to engage in business development and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advising credit funds, asset managers and non-bank lenders on a broad range of lending and financing transactions.
• Assisting with complex structured finance and hybrid financing arrangements.

The practice focuses on sophisticated financing transactions across the alternative lending space, providing exposure to complex structured finance, venture debt, growth finance, restructuring and special situations work.
