Job summary

Allens is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Banking & Finance team. You will advise clients on financing arrangements for projects, acquisitions and corporate finance, working with Partners across offices and developing a niche expertise within the practice.

The role offers a permanent, full-time opportunity with flexible hybrid working arrangements to suit you. You will gain exposure to complex transactions across government, healthcare, infrastructure and banking sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Banking & Finance team within a large law firm or equivalent mix of private practice and in-house experience.
• Exposure to project finance, leverage, acquisition, securitisation, debt, property or corporate finance transactions.
• Desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on financing arrangements for projects, acquisitions and corporate financing.
• Collaborate with Partners across offices to manage complex transactions.
• Develop niche expertise within Banking & Finance and contribute to deal execution.
• Support business development and client relationships within the practice area.
