Job summary

Alex Kaar Executive & Board is representing a privately owned, globally recognised advanced manufacturing technology business. The role is Australia-based with a global remit, responsible for driving the new automation solution to existing customers and building a sustainable global pipeline.

The candidate will lead opportunities with sophisticated industrial customers, OEMs and distributors, translating technology into commercial value and ROI propositions while collaborating with product

Qualifications

Senior business development or solution-sales experience in industrial automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technology.
Ability to translate complex technology into commercial value and ROI propositions.
Track record of opening new customers and developing markets with long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Build a global pipeline of new business opportunities in automation and capital equipment.
Identify new customers, markets, and applications across manufacturing environments.
Lead opportunities through discovery, solution development and commercial progression.
