Job summary

KICK is seeking a dynamic Ad Sales & Pipeline professional to own the end-to-end sales cycle for brands and agencies, driving revenue across international campaigns from our Melbourne hub. Develop templates, manage pitches to optimization, and monetize display, video, and branded placements.

Work with Creator Partnerships, Ad Ops, Product and Marketing to schedule campaigns, troubleshoot, and align commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital ad sales or agency sales.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic ecosystems.
• Proven track record in pipeline management.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ad sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Maintain a clean CRM pipeline and revenue projections.
• Develop client-facing materials and rate cards.
• Negotiate IOs and programmatic access.
• Drive renewals, cross-sells, and expansions post-sale.
• Collaborate with Creator Partnerships, Ad Ops, Product and Marketing.
• Create documentation and templates to streamline processes.
