Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Finance Officer - Accounts Payable to join the ACSPO team at RAAF Base Williamtown, NSW. The role handles a high volume of international invoices, ensures accuracy, and supports month-end close.

You’ll liaise with Defence stakeholders and maintain strong internal controls. Based in Williamtown with potential work-from-home Fridays, you will contribute to timely payments, audit-ready records, and continuous process improvements while upholding safety, integrity, and diversity

Qualifications

• Process a high volume of international supplier invoices with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain financial data integrity and respond to AP inquiries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to support financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Post journal entries to support month-end and ad-hoc adjustments.
