Job summary

Queensland Glass seeks an experienced Project Manager - Glazing & Facades to lead the delivery of complex glazing and facade projects from planning through to completion at our Lytton, QLD site. You will manage timelines, budgets and resources, coordinate with subcontractors and clients, monitor KPI progress and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

A tertiary degree in Construction/PM and strong contracts knowledge are required.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience in construction/glazing/facades.
Proven contracts management experience.
Strong knowledge of glazing systems and facade installation techniques.
Familiarity with building codes in Queensland and Australia.
Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and safe work practices on site.
Desirable BIM and CAD software familiarity.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule project timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets for glazing and facade projects.
Lead project teams and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and clients for seamless execution.
Monitor progress against KPIs, timelines, and budgets; implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation (specifications, drawings, risk assessments, compliance).
Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders; manage changes in scope.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and Queensland Glass standards.
Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify contract specs.
Manage variations, disputes and claims per contract terms.
Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and profitability.
