Job summary

GLP Gestion Pty Ltd in Dalby, QLD, is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of data centre development and construction projects. You will act as the client's representative, coordinating design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover while ensuring safety, quality, cost and schedule targets.

The role requires strong technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities, with accountability for programme management, contract administration, budget control

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience delivering complex construction, infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical facilities projects.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors, suppliers, and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Exposure to commissioning, testing, and operational handover processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of data centre projects from design through commissioning and operational handover.
• Manage project scope, programme, budget, quality, safety, and risk to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, suppliers, and specialist vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, identifying and mitigating delivery risks and delays.
• Oversee project procurement, expediting, and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of critical equipment and materials.
• Manage project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, contract administration, and variation management.
