Job summary

Happy Glamper is hiring for an Events Crew role across Victoria and NSW. You’ll help set up and pack down luxury glamping villages at festivals, weddings, and events, styling tents, and moving gear with a fun team.

This physical, outdoor role is perfect for energetic people who enjoy teamwork, travel, and creating amazing experiences across peak season (Oct–April). No experience is needed—just a great attitude and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable with physical work (lifting tents, moving gear).

Responsibilities

• Build glamping villages at festivals and major events.
• Style tents and transform spaces inside and out.
• Travel with the team to Victoria & NSW including overnight stays.
• Help in the warehouse with prep, cleaning, packing, and loading vans.

Happy Glamper has been setting up unique glamping accommodation across VIC & NSW since 2013. We create stunning bell tent villages for Beyond the Valley, Pitch Music Festival, Moto GP, Bathurst 12hr Supercars, plus weddings and private events.

About the Job

You’ll be part of our Events Crew, helping set up and pack down luxury tents and styling elements that transform festivals, weddings, and events.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building glamping villages at festivals and major events
• Styling tents so they look amazing inside & out
• Travelling to cool spots around Victoria & NSW (overnight trips included)
• Helping in the warehouse (prepping gear, cleaning, packing, loading vans/trucks)

This job is physical but fun — perfect for people who like being outdoors, working in a team, and creating something awesome together.
