Lake Macquarie City Council is seeking an experienced GIS and asset data professional to support management of civil infrastructure assets through high-quality GIS and asset data services. You will drive data capture, validation, integration and spatial representation within our GIS and Strategic Asset Management systems.

You will work to ensure data accuracy, support asset lifecycle activities, and collaborate with internal teams to inform planning, maintenance and renewal programs across Lake

Qualifications

• Diploma in GIS or equivalent in Spatial Science or related field.
• Experience in civil infrastructure asset management using GIS.
• Experience capturing, validating and managing asset data from drawings and surveys.
• Experience integrating data across GIS and Asset Management systems with focus on accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Capture, maintain and update spatial and asset data for civil infrastructure assets.
• Integrate asset data from capital works projects and validate as-constructed drawings and survey information.
• Develop and maintain GIS asset layers for accurate spatial representation across systems.
• Provide GIS analysis, mapping and data support for planning, maintenance and renewal programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support asset data management and system integration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset data capability and GIS services.
