Job summary

Accenture Australia seeks a GFx Management Consultant to support delivery of programs and projects with a strong PMO and dependency coordination focus. The role emphasizes stakeholder communication, risk governance, and cross-workstream alignment to drive defined outcomes.

The position is onsite in Ballarat and requires NV security clearance. You will join a collaborative team delivering complex initiatives for clients globally and contributing to strategic program success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project and program management, with a focus on dependency and coordination management.
• Strong expertise in PMO practices and methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to define project scope, monitor deliverables, and achieve business outcomes.
• NV security clearance is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Program and Project Delivery: Support the overall delivery of programs or projects to achieve defined business outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Dependency and Coordination Management: Support project dependencies and ensure effective coordination across multiple workstreams to maintain alignment and progress.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure all project activities align with PMO frameworks, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
