Aurecon is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join the Ground & Underground team in Sydney. You'll work collaboratively with a skilled group to deliver technically complex projects, from feasibility through construction, while expanding our Ground Engineering capabilities in NSW.

You will contribute to multisector transport, water, dams and buildings, manage small to medium investigations, apply PLAXIS, GeoStudio and Rocscience, and help develop client relationships and the team’s eminence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ geotechnical engineering experience.
• Readiness to apply for CPEng with Engineers Australia.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs and reports.
• Willingness to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and a passion to work collaboratively.
• Desirable eligibility for AGSVA security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of multidisciplinary projects through geotechnical design at feasibility, concept, detailed design and construction stages.
• Assume responsibility for management and delivery of small to medium scale geotechnical investigations.
• Apply intermediate analysis using tools like PLAXIS, GeoStudio, Rocscience.
• Provide input to client proposals and tenders.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships and assist business development.
